"Michael I cant wait anymore, it's driving me mental, lets just go!" The impatient boy kept complaining until Michael gave in and let Gavin have his way. The Brit had woken up before the sun and gone over the cats, giving them the utmost attention with grooming and getting them ready. It was early, but as Michael drove Gavin was a ball of energy in the seat next to him, practically vibrating with excitement.
"Michael we're really going to do this boi!" This would be the first Korung for both of them, but with Gavin's level of excitement it was hard to be too nervous.
Michael smiled back at him "Yeah boi, this is gunna be great."
They had worked with these cats for a long time and they knew their personalities well. Haiku worked with Gavin because he was more gentle and Michael's loud voice tended to spook her. Hunt on the other hand had a grumpy personality to match Michael, and they got along well. Because of Haiku's skittish nature Gavin insisted that Hunt and her should go together; having the larger grumpy cat there tended to calm Haiku down and while Hunt didn't like other cats too much, she tolerated the submissive cat.
With the smell of strange cats in the air Hunt became grumpy, hissing at the sight of other cats. Haiku stuck close behind Hunt, not liking the sound of the waves or the other cats nearby. Surprisingly though the day went off without much more troubles than those, and the cats were able to behave themselves nicely for their show.
